吴宁，女，讲师，1975年11月出生，山东省青岛市人。1998年毕业于武汉大学法学院经济法专业，获法学学士学位，2001年毕业于武汉大学法学院经济法专业，获法学硕士学位，同年进入华中师范大学9001cc金沙文化学系，从事文化法的教学和研究工作。现正在攻读历史地理学博士学位。
